Senior Purchasing Manager

The Senior Purchasing Manager is responsible for the procurement, receiving and distribution of all hotel food, beverage and non-food equipment and supplies. This esteemed individual will be responsible for purchasing of retail and engineering items is often delegated to those specific departments because of the specialized nature of their needs. Candidate must possess a degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Tourism Management, or related major; two to three (2-3) years experience in a 4/5-star hotel in a similar capacity.

Weddings Manager
