Review Samuels Hardware Quality and Reputation

I noticed a previous bad review of Samuel's hardware and I'm compelled to disagree with a previous reviewer by stating that I have traded with Samuels for the past 5 years and I've always found them to be most accommodating, having a wide range of supplies and overall I think it's an exceptional business. Some of the staff are absolute Stars including the girl behind the counter "Little Miss" who definitely knows her products well and has customer service at the forefront of her interaction with the customers. They have some of the best quality products I've seen in Jamaica and a lot of brands that are familiar to overseas clients and these products are durable and perform as they should. Well stocked, fast delivery, fair prices. Its a fast paced and busy shoppe, I imagine it can be intimidating to some customers, and the Covid protocols make operation even more of a challenge, but many thanks to the owners for being in the community.
