Review Customer Service is very poor both local and internationally.

This is my 3rd time shipping with this company,all my goods are accounted for and its great condition however they have the worst customer service whether its the agent who answer the phone or the person picking up the barrel. The agent in Jamaica is the worst of them all, you are not acknowledge even when your standing directly infront of them. You guys need to fix your customer service because i wont be using your service anymore.
