Job Purpose

The successful candidate, will be tasked with carrying out analysis and accounting procedures, maintaining internal control policies and procedures, and maintaining accounting records, customer service, productivity and efficiency standards. 

 

The candidate should have the following competencies and qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent qualification
• Completion of A.C.C.A Level III
• Experience with the application of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Ability to prepare and analyse Management Accounts
• Excellent knowledge of Insurance Accounting
• Customer Service and Supervisory Training
• Excellent knowledge of Accounting Principles
• Proficiency in the use of relevant computer applications
• Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Strong Customer Service Skills
• Good Leadership and Interpersonal Skills
• At least three (3) years Accounting Experience
