  • The Business Development Officer will play a pivotal role in our organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This position entails overseeing the day-to-day operations of all branches and departments, ensuring seamless functionality and efficiency across the board. The incumbent will provide strategic direction to the management team, fostering an environment of productivity and excellence.


Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the operations of all branches and departments.
  • Provide guidance and training to the Underwriting team to optimize performance.
  • Oversee underwriting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.
  • Evaluate performance and productivity metrics, generating reports for management review.
  • Explore non-motor opportunities and develop strategies for expansion.
