• As the Branch Supervisor, you will lead a team of three professionals with the primary objective of driving the growth of revenue for our branch. Your role will focus on cultivating a highly skilled team through comprehensive training in various aspects of General Insurance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute directly to the success and expansion of our branch operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of three employees, providing guidance and support to ensure their professional development and success.
• Recommend and implement strategies to increase Underwriting revenue for the branch, aligning with company objectives and targets.
• Conduct regular training sessions for team members on various aspects of General Insurance, including underwriting principles, risk assessment, and customer service best practices.
• Monitor and evaluate team performance, providing constructive feedback and implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of branch activities with organizational goals.

Skills
Working knowledge of the EPIC Insurance program is considered an asset, although not mandatory
