• Assist with the management of all aspects within the restaurant including the selection, development and performance management of restaurant employees, increasing sales and controlling waste, spoilage and other expenses. Supervise scheduled shifts ensuring customer satisfaction through speed of service, quality and cleanliness. Assist in managing all operational issues ensuring Mother’s standards of quality and service are met. Responsible for the safe custody of the company’s stock, cash and fixed assets.
